QueenPlay Account Login
QueenPlay account login works from a PC browser and from mobile devices. On desktop, players open the site, select the login button, and enter their credentials to reach the personal account area with balance, game history, and account settings.
Access to the personal account requires a registered QueenPlay account. If a player has no account, the login form does not grant access and registration is needed first; after sign-up, the same email or phone number and password are used to sign in on both PC and mobile.
Account Verification After Login In QueenPlay
QueenPlay triggers verification when a risk or compliance flag appears after login, or when a player requests actions that require identity checks under KYC/AML rules.
- When verification is required: First withdrawal request; cumulative withdrawals reaching an internal review threshold; deposit via a new payment method; change of personal data (name, date of birth, address); login from a new country or unusual device; repeated failed login attempts; chargeback or payment dispute; account flagged for duplicate profiles.
- ID: Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The document must be valid, show full name and date of birth, and be uploaded as a clear colour photo or scan with all four corners visible.
- Address: Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). It must show the same full name and full residential address as in the account profile.
- Payment method: Card or e-wallet ownership proof when needed. For cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits is accepted, with the CVV covered; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account holder’s name and email/ID.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID, or an in-app liveness check, requested when the system cannot match the document to the account data or detects elevated fraud risk.
- Source of funds: Bank statements, payslips, or tax documents requested when transaction patterns exceed internal AML thresholds or trigger enhanced due diligence.
How To Log In To Your QueenPlay Account
- Open the QueenPlay website in your browser, or launch the QueenPlay mobile app.
- Click or tap Log in in the top-right area of the screen.
- Enter the email address (or username) linked to your QueenPlay account and type your password.
- Click or tap Log in to access your account and confirm any required verification step (for example, a one-time code) if prompted.
Login Security At QueenPlay
- 2FA: QueenPlay supports two-factor authentication via a 6-digit time-based code (TOTP) in an authenticator app. Enable 2FA in account settings, scan the QR code, and store the backup recovery codes offline; each code works once. QueenPlay blocks withdrawals and changes to email, phone, password, and 2FA settings until a valid 2FA code is entered.
- Password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email or other gambling sites, with 12–16+ characters and a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid dictionary words, names, birthdays, and keyboard patterns (for example, “qwerty”). Change the password immediately after any “wrong password” warning you did not trigger, and do not save it in shared browsers; use a password manager instead.
- Notifications: QueenPlay sends real-time alerts for login from a new device, failed login attempts, password resets, changes to email/phone/2FA, and withdrawal requests. Keep email and SMS alerts enabled, review message timestamps and IP/device details, and use the “sign out of all devices” option after any unexpected alert.
