QueenPlay KYC Verification Process
QueenPlay runs KYC checks when you request a withdrawal, when cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000, when account activity triggers an AML review (for example, repeated failed login attempts or unusual deposit patterns), or when a payment provider requests extra confirmation before processing a payout.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a clear color photo of a valid passport or national ID (both sides for ID card). QueenPlay checks full name, date of birth (18+), document number, expiry date, and photo match. Selfies are requested when the photo quality is low or when the document looks edited.
- Address proof: Upload a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and current residential address. Accepted examples: utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or government-issued residence certificate. Screenshots without issuer details and handwritten documents are rejected.
- Payment method: If you deposit by bank card, upload images of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits; hide the middle digits and CVV. QueenPlay may also ask for a screenshot of the card in your banking app showing the same masked digits and your name. For e-wallets, provide a profile page screenshot with your name and wallet ID/email; for bank transfers, provide a bank statement or transfer confirmation showing the account holder and IBAN.
Processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours after you upload all files in the required format. If the review goes to manual compliance, the check takes 1–3 business days, and the casino requests a re-upload when images are blurred, cropped, expired, or the address document is older than 90 days.
